O'Donoghue to Enter Selectmen Race

Andover selectmen race has one more face in the campaign.

Realtor Mary O’Donoghue has pulled nomination papers for the selectmen's race in the March 25 local election.

"I have experience in working on the budget, I've been on Finance Committee for last 12 years, and I'd like to fix our increasing tax burden," O'Donoghue said. "I would like to see us plan and organize our capital projects better than we have been doing."

O'Donoghue has lived Andover resident since 1989 and served as vice chair of the Finance Committee. She helped run the campaign of Selectman Alex Vispoli when he ran for State Senate in 2012.

She works for Prudential Howe & Doherty in Andover.

"I've raised my family here, and I think I have very good knowledge of the town and the community," O'Donoghue said.
