What Is with the Construction at West Middle School?
As part of the annual Capital Improvement Plan, is the first school of seven school master plans to address the failing pavement, sidewalks, lighting, parking, bus and accessibility issues.
In addition, the town is redesigning the traffic flow to improve safety for the students. Doherty Middle School is slated for the summer of 2013 when construction on the new Youth Center begins, and Andover High School is third on the list.
