Andover residents, as well as non-residents from surrounding communities, are welcome and encouraged to come enjoy these events.

Andover DCS announced the Concerts in the Park line-up for the 2014 summer series. This long-standing Andover tradition takes place in The Park at the corner of Chestnut & Bartlet streets on Wednesday nights beginning at 6 p.m. and is free to the community.

The concert series kicks off on July 9 with the '60s Invasion band and will conclude on Aug. 13 with Andover singer/songwriter Casey McQuillen.

Many familiar faces will grace the The Park Bandstand this summer with returning favorites like 4EverFab  (Beatles tribute band) on July 23, Ben Rudnick & Friends (bluegrass) on Aug. 6, and the aforementioned '60s Invasion (tunes from the 1960s) on July 9.  Newcomers to the concert series include The EastWest Quartet (jazz) on July 30th, Beyond the Pale (Irish/Celtic Rock) on July 16th, and Casey McQuillen in the season finale on Aug. 13.
