Is John Tierney hiding in Antigua?

Seriously, because he has been AWOL on the completely predictable Obamacare failures. Maybe Tierney is trying to hide out in hopes that people will ignore that in March he voted with a small minority of partisan Democrats to actually give the government even more power over our health care.

That’s right, John Tierney voted for the Grijalva Bugdet, which would enact a so-called “public option” and send America on its way to a Canadian-style single payer system. Fortunately that budget was so bad, that it didn’t even garner a majority of Democrat votes (84 for, 102 against). Even Nancy Pelosi voted against it!

Just imagine if Tierney and his small band of out-of-the-mainstream Democrats got their way. Just. imagine if everyone got kicked off the health insurance because they had to join the government program. Just imagine if everyone was trying to sign up for their new healthcare on a 1993-era website. And just imagine if someone like John Tierney got to make your health insurance choice for you.

No wonder Tierney has been silent.
