On Sunday, Ironside Farm will host an Adoption Party focusing on adoption of special needs kids.
Meet social workers and children with special needs who are waiting for adoptive homes, and learn more about adopting children with special needs. Enjoy horseback riding for children, arts and crafts and pizza.
