Excellent food! One of Andover's best take out places..the subs are great! The only thing I could complain about would be the last several times I've been in there to pick up food, the people working the counter seem confused about the whereabouts of my order and have to take time to find the slip and the food. The waiting time has been much longer that what was said on the phone and I have waited 15-20 minutes additional once I arrive to pick up my order, making the wait time 40-45 minutes. When I arrived each time, this was the case for others picking up and the restaurant was busy with people waiting. The only suggestion I have is better organization at the counter. I will still continue to go back, though, because the food is so good-I just dread the pickup! I would recommend it. ~Sarah
