The Andover Housing Authority controls the town-owned affordable housing complex on Memorial Circle and various one-bedroom units throughout the town. Housing authority offices are close by the housing complex, which contains 56 three- and four-bedroom units in a series of brick townhouses meant for families. The authority also oversees one-bedroom units on Stowe Court, Grandview Terrace, Frye Circle and Chestnut Court. The one-bedroom units are meant for the elderly and the disabled. A five-member board of commissioners oversees the authority.
