Brasserie 28 is a restaurant offering a selection of European and American entrees.  These include pasta dishes like the Parisian gnocchi, risotto and lobster bucatini, as well as meat and seafood dishes such as the olive oil poached salmon, organic veal porterhouse, rooibos tea-lacquered duck breast and charcuterie like the la quercia speck, red wine cured coppa and lachschrinken.  Various types of local raw cheese can be selected to accompany the charcuterie.  For dessert, the menu features items like the affogato, warm french doughnuts, single malt butterscotch pudding and key lime trifle.  The restaurant also features a full service bar with wine, beer and mixed drinks.
