My olive green Bogetta Veneta had an oil stain on one side that was driving me crazy. I brought it to David's and they said they could clean it but the stain being oil based would still be there. He then took a great deal of time to explain to me that the only way to remove the oil stain was to strip the bag entirely and redye it. I hesitated but he continued to talked me though and said the color would remain the same. He did say the process would take not be quick and it would be about 3 weeks. Since I had not been using the bag because of the oil stain - and I hated to give up on the bag as it was a very expensive piece I decided to go for it. The $75 investment considering the cost of the bag seemed worthwhile. I have to say when I picked up the bag I was thrilled! The oil stain was gone and the bag not only looked new - it was definitely the same color! I am sorry about your Tory Burch but they did an absolutely amazing job giving my bag a new life!

Think twice before bringing leather goods to be cleaned. My handbag came back with half the logo missing and David insisted I brought it in that way. Why would I pay $45 to have my Tory Burch bag cleaned and waterproofed if it was damaged? I wouldn t. And if I did, then David should have pointed it out when I brought it in. Note that store policy requires payment BEFORE services. Beware. So now I am out $45 and have a handbag that is visibly ruined. I did have a friend who had her Louis Vuitton bag successfully cleaned by David which is why I brought mine in. I've also had shoes re-soled successfully by them. Maybe just my bad luck with the handbag but my recent experience was awful.

My girlfriend has had shoes repaired here a few times. Excellent work and a fair price.
