Sue Cullen dedicates her personal training practices to improving both physical and mental well-being for her students long-term. Cullen has experience working with people with conditions ranging from asthma to anxiety. In addition to standard strength and aerobics training, activities like rock climbing, volleyball and soccer are among the programs available.
