Spring Warriors Honored
The Boston Globe awarded Andover athletes with a shower of honors including one Athlete of the Year, five All-Scholastics, and dozens of All-Star nods.
Girls Track Moira Cronin, a senior high jumper, was named one of two girls’ track Athletes of the Year. She finished first at All-States and the Division 1 championships. Cronin also earned a third place finish at Nationals. Cronin and 10 others were named MVC All-Stars. Chelsea Angelosanto, Emily Belluche, Eve Bishop, Sydney Eberth, Sydney Gillis, Maggie Mullins, Terra Organisciak, Jess Salley, Micaela Soucy, and Rae Vrookenkant were all selected. The 4x400 meter relay team earned itself an All-Scholastic nod by earning honors such as a Division 1 state championship and a first place finish at All-States.
