IMAGE GALLERY: End of the Line for Warriors Baseball

Andover fell to Boston Latin yesterday in the preliminary round of the MIAA Division 1 North Tournament.

In a harsh way to end the season, Andover gave up four runs in the top of the ninth inning to Boston Latin. Andover fell 8-6 yesterday afternoon.  The Warriors got a solid start from righty Dustin Hunt. It was Jon Levenson who came in the game late and ended up giving up four runs (two earned) that would do in the Warriors. Andover’s season ended yesterday at a record of 11-10. The Warriors will lose some key seniors such as Alex Driscoll, Sean and Mike McQuillan, Ned Deane and pitcher Jon Levenson. Burton Deady will be a senior and Dustin Hunt will be a junior next year. The two will be emerging leaders for next year’s edition of the Golden Warriors baseball squad.
