Two local wine shops provide a list of the top ten wines for the holiday season.
Everybody isn't a wine connoisseur. That's why AndoverPatch asked two local wine shops to compile a list of ten wines that fit well for the holiday season. Both shops had their individual picks and both considered affordability and value when choosing holiday wines. Wine-Sense When asked for a list, owner and Tuscany-born Samantha Turner said she has too many favorites and pondered how she would narrow it down to ten. Although her shop is small, she carries over 300 varieties of wine, having sampled each one before buying them. She advises her customers "to drink what they like, and not what you are told to like."
