ANDOVER PATCH STORM CENTRAL UPDATES, CLOSINGS & MORE: Saturday, Feb. 9 1:17 p.m. the Governor has announced that the driving ban will be lifted today at 4 p.m. 12 p.m. Andover Police have not yet had to issue any tickets for driving around but have pulled a few people over. 10:30 a.m. Andover Police report that the town is doing fine and have not had any major incidents. 9:30 a.m. all MBTA lines are still out of commission and probably will be until Monday. 9 a.m. looks like Andover survived the night without any power outages.
