Salvatore's Restaurant Opens in Downtown Andover
Salvatore's Restaurant on Park Street is now open to the public. The restaurant will be celebrating a grand opening on Nov. 26.
After much anticipation Salvatore's Restaurant has finally opened in its newest location at 34 Park St. in Andover. The new restaurant features a 140-seat dining area, 20-seat bar and a separate area for take-out. Salvatore's boasts an "authentic Italian cuisine featuring locally sustainable products and quality ingredients like buffalo mozzarella from Campania, artisan cheeses and hand-crafted pastas." The restaurant's cuisine will be overseen by Salvatore’s Corporate Chef Victor Paone. "The new menu is an exciting, fresh take on Italian food and features all the classics plus dishes with a modern twist.
