The log is open to the public.   Friday, May 17 At 12:29 p.m. police arrested Alexis Raul Gonzalez, of 107 Margin St., Apt. 1, Lawrence, on Main Street. Gonzalez was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation.  At 11:08 p.m. police stopped a New Hampshire resident who said she was lost and appeared to be under the influence of a substance. Police eventually arrested Krystal Duval, 21, of 16 Frost Road, Derry, N.H., on River Street. The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public. Tuesday, April 30 At 4:07 p.m. a caller reported that a man in his early 30s was urinating on his neighbor's lawn on Basswood Lane. He left the area in a silver Lexus with two other male passengers. At 6:31 p.m. a female caller reported that she was in a car with her boyfriend and he will not let her out. The female was eventually6 dropped off at her workplace and an officer spoke with the boyfriend. The boyfriend was given a verbal warning for domestic abuse.  At 8:04 p.m. a caller reported two people getting into a fist fight outside of Wingate on Andover Street. Sunday, April 14 At 12:36 a.m. Merrimack College Police asked Andover Police to assist in looking for subjects wanted for stealing a wallet from a Merrimack College student. Police arrested three individuals involved with the incident. Police arrested Jonald E. Paul III, 20, 1 Webber Road, Belmont, Andrew D. Fulgoni, 19, of 17 Margaret Lane, Billerica, and Zachary Preston Beal, 20, of 125 Elm St., Marblehead, on Fox Hill Road. Man Accidentally Fires Gun While Cleaning on Marland Street

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public. Tuesday, April 9  At 10:39 a.m. a caller reported that he was cleaning his firearm when it accidentally discharged on Marland Street. There were no injuries and the man did have a license for the firearm.  At 11:40 a.m. a caller reported that his foot was run over by a car tire on North Main Street. No ambluance was called.  At 11:55 a.m. a caller reported that someone broke into her home on Buttonwood Drive sometime between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. A detective stopped by the home and took photos.  At 4:53 p.m. police arrested Jane E. Andover Man Charged with Aggravated Rape

Details surrounding a recent arrest are limited but police are saying that they have charged an Andover resident with aggravated rape.

Andover Police this week arrested a local man and charged him with aggravated rape. While many details surrounding the case are not being released, police reports indicate that he is still in custody at the Middleton Correctional facility.  At approximately 4 p.m. Tuesday, Andover Police officer Kevin Aufiero arrested Franklin Y. Pillier, 40, of 3 Memorial Circle, on North Main Street. Pillier was charged with two counts of aggravated rape. More details surrounding the arrest were not available. Lt. James Hashem was not immediately available for comment. According to a police report, Pillier was transported to the Middleton Correctional Facility around 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. The Public Works Department was notified. At 8:20 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Bartlet Street. A tow truck was needed for one vehicle. At 5:14 p.m. police arrested Robert F. Barberio, 38, of 25 Columbus St., Manchester, N.H., on Beacon Street. At 9:46 p.m. a caller reported that the operator of an older white Cadillac was using a blue strobe light in order to attempt to pull over other vehicles on the roadway. An officer located the vehicle and spoke with the operator, who said he was just flashing a flashlight inside the vehicle.
