Friday, May 17 At 12:29 p.m. police arrested Alexis Raul Gonzalez, of 107 Margin St., Apt. 1, Lawrence, on Main Street. Gonzalez was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation. At 11:08 p.m. police stopped a New Hampshire resident who said she was lost and appeared to be under the influence of a substance. Police eventually arrested Krystal Duval, 21, of 16 Frost Road, Derry, N.H., on River Street. Tuesday, April 9 At 10:39 a.m. a caller reported that he was cleaning his firearm when it accidentally discharged on Marland Street. Details surrounding a recent arrest are limited but police are saying that they have charged an Andover resident with aggravated rape.
Andover Police this week arrested a local man and charged him with aggravated rape. While many details surrounding the case are not being released, police reports indicate that he is still in custody at the Middleton Correctional facility. At approximately 4 p.m. Tuesday, Andover Police officer Kevin Aufiero arrested Franklin Y. Pillier, 40, of 3 Memorial Circle, on North Main Street. Pillier was charged with two counts of aggravated rape. More details surrounding the arrest were not available. Lt. James Hashem was not immediately available for comment. According to a police report, Pillier was transported to the Middleton Correctional Facility around 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. Check back with Andover Patch for updates.
