Police Find Missing 10-Year-Old Boy on Nearby Golf Course

Andover Police are reporting that they have now found the child that went missing from West Elementary School earlier today.

Andover and State Police located a missing child Tuesday afternoon after an hour-long search began in the area of the West Elementary School on Beacon Street. Police began searching for the child around 1 p.m. today after school officials discovered the child was missing. Police say they found him on the Andover Country Club golf course and that, apparently, the child had just "gone on a walk." Police do not currently have any more information on the circumstances of the boy's flight from the school.
