Can I Be Ticketed at a Broken Parking Meter? The short answer is no. If you're only planning to spend a few hours in downtown then parking staff will not ticket you for parking at a broken meter. However, if you leave your vehicle in a broken spot all day long or for multiple days police say that you may be at risk of getting a ticket.

Since February Andover Patch asked you how you rated parking in downtown Andover and presented features on parking violations over the past 10 years, parking revenues, and the parking enforcement budget.
