Special Town Meeting: The Special Town Meeting, which is being held to vote on more funding for the Bancroft School project, will go on as scheduled tonight at 7 p.m. at the Collins Center at Andover High School. Check out the Finance Committee's report on this Special Town Meeting. 2. APS Closed: The Andover Public Schools are closed today due to the continued street cleaning effort by the public works staff. 3. Snow Ban: The Andover snow parking ban has been in effect since 7 p.m. Friday night and will continue to be in effect until further notice.
