Brewer was charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. At 6:11 a.m. a resident on Bulfinch Drive reported his motor vehicle was stolen sometime overnight. An officer filed the incident and entered the vehicle in database for stolen vehicles. At 12:33 p.m. a caller reported a one-car motor vehicle accident on Winterberry Lane. No injuries were reported. At 1:07 p.m. a low-hanging wire was reported on Maple Avenue.
