Andover Police Searching for 10-Year-Old Missing from West Elementary

Andover and State Police are actively searching for a 10-year-old boy that went missing from the West Elementary School earlier today.

UPDATE: Police have located the missing boy on a nearby golf course. Police officials have confirmed that they are searching for a 10-year-old male student that went missing from the West Elementary School on Beacon Street in Andover. No more information on the circumstances of the missing child was immediately available. According to information received on a scanner the child has red hair is wearing a red sweatshirt. Andover Police as well as State Police are searching for the boy in the area. The State Police Airwing Unit, which operates helicopters, is not available due to the cloud cover today.
