Les, In regards to the Battle of the bands, I feel you should have done a poll question. I, along with many people have stopped reading patch due to all the comments regarding a regional subject we do not care about. Having people submit comments to vote makes reading the patch annoying. Chelmsford has a great patch yet I can tell you the majority of the people who read it in our town do not care for this contest. In the future contests should be done with a poll not submitting comments.

Les,
It has been about a month since the North Reading Patch was forced to join with the Reading Patch.
To date I have not seen other "forced marraiges" of other Patches.
When will North Reading receive its own Patch or when we will see other Patches combined.
I just want to voice my frustration of the forced merger and the two towns being the only tonws in Massachusetts singled out.
By the way this is the first tiime I have logged in a while. I do not like the new format at all. Too difficult to find the news I am interested in.
Thanks, Mary

Dear Les,
I posted the storytimes for the Reading library and now cannot edit them. Please remove all 2 year old , 3 year old and 4&5 year old storytime series. They are all filled and coming to an end.
Thanks, Corinne RPL

Hi,
I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people. I just wanted to pass this along. …Or If it’s not too much trouble, pledge on something (they are offering great things!) and if you can also please pass this along to your friends.
If I can help you out with anything or the production can help you with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Here is the link for the film:

Hi Kim,
There absolutely is a better way. Sorry you've had some frustrations to date.
It does become tough to verify businesses in an automated sense, but (fortunately) we've got some humans around, too. We'll reach out to you separately to get your business up on the site, but if any other business owners or organization managers out there are having similar frustrations, please feel free to contact us at directorybos@patch.com and we'll get you set up as quickly as possible.
Thanks for the question Kim!

I have businesses that do not have locations - website sales, on location photography, murals etc. This makes it very difficult to list with this site as an address is required, leaving me no choice but to put my home address. Then I get the message that "this business could not be verified". There must be a better way for me to list my services. Can someone look into this please??? Thanks
