Free Intro. To Zumba with Instructor Lourdes Munoz

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are often included.  Come find out how much fun Zumba can be.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class and wear aerobic sneakers and comfortable clothes.   Any health concerns/injuries should be discussed with the instructor prior to class.  No experience is required.
