Women's Self Defense Workshop

The BEST way to fight crime is to prevent it. 
Women are most at risk for:  rape, car jacking, purse snatching, stalking, threats, domestic violence and crimes against children in their protections.  You have the power to make decisions that can profoundly affect the outcome.  Come learn self-awareness and some basic self-defense techniques. 

Have a college student home for the holidays ... this is a GREAT workshop for them!
